Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos where applicable

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

How to Return an Item

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size or variation, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
